How to make
First, prepare the custard.
For it, you need to beat the egg yolks with the sugar in a bowl until creamy. Add the starch, flour and vanilla. Pour the pre-warmed milk in a thin stream. Mix the mixture well and put it on the stove and cook at a low temperature. Stir constantly until the custard thickens.
When the custard is ready, let it cool, then spread it on the ladyfingers and stick them together. Dip the stuck ladyfingers briefly in milk and roll them in coconut flakes.
Whip the cream and decorate each pastry with a piping bag. Sprinkle with grated chocolate, sugar sprinkles or other things on top.
