How to make
First, knead a dough from the products: mix the water with oil, salt, vinegar, eggs and add the flour slowly until you obtain a firm, stretchy dough.
Divide it into 6 equal-sized balls and place in a container with slightly heated oil. Cover and leave for 30 min. for the dough to relax.
Stretch out a ball of dough onto an old tablecloth into a sheet. Start pulling from its edges, while going around in a circle until you've stretched out a large, thin, nearly transparent sheet.
Cut out the hard ends of the sheet, sprinkle with oil, crumbled feta cheese and wrap into a roll using the tablecloth.
Then arrange it in a tight spiral. Repeat for the rest of the sheets.
Arrange them in a tray with baking paper and bake at 360°F (180 °C) until ready.
