A friend offered that I try his salad with buckwheat. He invented it, saying it was easy to make because it needs just a few products from the refrigerator. Even though it was kind of like an experiment, the salad was very tasty.
I hope you find it to your liking. Put the buckwheat into a small pot to cook with 1 1/2 cups of water. Once it is ready, leave it to cool.
Meanwhile, chop the lettuce and onion. Add the grated cheese, olives and sunflower seeds. Mix the buckwheat separately with the soy sauce, and then add it to the salad.
Finally, season with oil.
