  • mushrooms - 14 oz (400 g)
  • cheese - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • cream - 2/5 cup (100 ml) cooking.
  • butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • onions - 1/2 head
  • salt
  • parsley - 5 sprigs
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • paprika
  • black pepper

How to make

Mushrooms are cut into strips. Fry with chopped onion in preheated oil over high heat until golden, after about 5-8 minutes, the flour is mixed with the cream, add salt.
