"A seafood appetizer that`ll bring back memories of the beach and long summer nights."

Ingredients

  • shells - 7 oz (200 g) shelled
  • garlic - 1 - 2 cloves
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper - to taste

How to make

Washed shells are placed in boiling water and boil for up to 4 minutes. Cleaned shell and viscera are removed and horn capped. Cut the meat into slices and heat butter and oil in a pan.

Put to fry the garlic, then add and stir. Once fried until golden, add the spices and leave for 30 seconds on the fire.

Serve with crushed parsley and lemon slices. Perhaps you guessed that this will go well with white wine.
