How to make
De-bone the chicken, remove the skin and grind the meat very finely in a food processor. Add bread eggs, lemon juice, spices and curry.
Mix well with your hands. Shape small balls, roll them lightly in flour and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat oil in a large frying pan and fry the balls for 3-4 servings for 4-5 minutes until golden. Drain them.
Optionally, before presenting- decorate with parsley.
