Ingredients

  • feta cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • cottage cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • garlic - 3 cloves pressed
  • peppers - 4 peeled, red
  • olive oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • walnuts - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g) or other ground nuts
  • parsley - chopped 3 sticks
  • curry - 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric - 1/3 tsp
  • salt - to taste
  • white pepper - 1/2 tsp

How to make

Crumble the feta cheese with a fork and mix it with the cottage cheese and olive oil. Add the pressed garlic, finely chopped red peppers, ground walnuts, chopped parsley, salt if needed, and turmeric and curry.

Crush everything with a fork until the paste becomes homogeneous. Optionally you can blend it in a food processor.
