  • fish fillet - 17.5 oz (500 g) fillet
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp
  • onions - 1 head
  • tomatoes - 4.

  • parsley - 1/2 connection

How to make

In a deep saucepan with 8 cups of hot water put salt, olive oil, chopped onion, peeled and chopped tomatoes.

After 15 minutes of boiling, add the sliced fish. Cook over low heat until it is done boiling. The soup is seasoned with lemon juice and pepper.

Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and, if desired, lovage.
