  • ducks - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g)
  • flour - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • red wine - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • onions - 3 oz (80 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Roast the cleaned and buttered duck in the oven. Salt and cut it into portions.

Put the flour in the butter and fry it, then pour in the wine. Boil the onions separately, then add them to the mixture. Add the black peppercorns too.

Fry and add water, then leave to simmer until the meat softens completely. Serve with a separately prepared garnish.
