How to make
It's good to marinate the duck meat beforehand to make it more tender.
The already marinated meat is seasoned with salt and black pepper.
Roast the duck in a moderately heated oven, basting it frequently with butter.
Move the finished duck aside.
Add the wine and a little broth to the fat. In the resulting sauce, add the Morello cherries, the duck meat and all this extravaganza of flavors is left to boil.
A suitable addition to this dish are cheeses, as well as fresh salads!
