How to make
Clean and cut the mushrooms into slices, then put them to stew in a few tablespoons of oil and a little water. Once boiling, salt them and let them cook with the rest of the oil.
Dissolve flour in a little water, add to the mushrooms and let them cook for about 5 minutes, while stirring. Serve with chopped parsley or dill.
