How to make
Put the flour in a bowl, make a crater and in it, break the egg, sprinkle with dill seeds and baking powder. Pour the oil in, while stirring. Add salt and sprinkle with sugar. Add the yogurt. Knead it into dough on a counter.
Once ready, cover and let it rest for 10 minutes. Clean the tomatoes of seeds, cut their flesh into small cubes and place in a bowl. Add the chopped onion and garlic. Add salt and add olive oil, stir.
Divide the dough into four parts and roll out each onto a floured surface. Bake on a grill pan on both sides. Then place in a baking dish, cover with toppings and crumbled feta cheese or grated cheese.
Bake in a highly preheated oven at a grill setting, until the cheese is browned. Garnish with olives.
