"Meatballs are meatballs but with this marvelous garnish they`re at least twice as tasty."

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 21.2 oz (600 g)
  • pickles - 4
  • walnuts - 2/5 cup (100 g) ground
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • mayonnaise - 1 cup
  • parsley - a few sprigs

How to make

Wash the potatoes well and put them in to boil. Cool, peel and cut them into cubes. Put them in a bowl and add the ground walnuts and chopped pickles to them.

Everything is flavored with salt and black pepper. Mix it with the mayonnaise and serve with fried or baked meatballs. For decoration, add a sprig of parsley.
