Ingredients

  • chicken - 1 full chicken + giblets
  • salt
  • vermicelli - 2 handfuls
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g) dried
  • lemons - a few dry leaves

How to make

Clean the chicken well and put it to boil in enough lightly salted water. Once cooked, remove the chicken, let it cool and de-bone it. Tear apart the meat to and return it to the broth.

Add vermicelli and dried mushrooms to the soup. Once the mushrooms are softened, add giblets.

At the last minute of cooking, add a few crushed lemon leaves.
