How to make
To prepare the stuffing, chop the cleaned leeks finely. Heat the oil and saute the leeks until soft. Crumble the feta cheese, add the leeks, eggs and mix.
Grease a baking tray and arrange the phyllo pastry sheets by putting stuffing along the length of 3 sheets and rolling them up.
Mix the remaining eggs with the carbonated soda, pour it over the cake and put it to bake.
