How to make
Sift flour into a large pan and make a well in the middle. Put vinegar, baking soda, oil, salt and 2 eggs it in. Begin stirring, gradually add about 14 fl oz (400 ml) of water. Knead the dough and let it rise.
Divide the dough into 4 balls. Roll out each ball to the size of the pan, in which you will bake bread. Top with a little melted butter, crush part of the cheese on top and twist it into a snail.
The twisted pieces are arranged in a greased pan and left to rise again in a warm place. The loaf is dabbed with beaten yolk and baked in a very hot oven for 30-35 minutes.
