Ingredients

  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • eggs - 4
  • butter - 1 cup (250 g)
  • feta cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • flour - 500 g (as is necessary for the dough)
  • yeast - 1/2 cube fresh

How to make

Dilute the yeast with a little water and flour and leave it to rise. To the leavened yeast, add the yoghurt, crumbled feta cheese, beaten eggs, melted butter and sifted flour.

Knead a dough, put it in a buttered baking dish and leave it to rise again.

Bake at 360°F (180 °C) until ready.
