How to make
Mix the yeast with the water. Make a well in the sifted flour, add the yeast dissolved in vinegar, the baking soda, yogurt, salt and butter. Knead a homogeneous dough and divide it into 5 balls. Cover them with a cloth and let them rest for 20 minutes. Roll out each ball into a thin crust.
Top with stuffing (mixed with eggs and feta cheese) and a few lumps of butter. Roll up the crust and place it in a buttered baking dish. Arrange the rest of the crusts around it. Leave the rolled pastry to rest for another 10-15 minutes.
Spread the spiral pastry with a little oil and put it to bake in preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven. Once baked, remove it from the oven, brush it with butter on top and cover it with a towel to smother slightly.
