  • sausages - 2.
  • cabbages - 1 head
  • potatoes - 2.
  • onions - 1 head
  • tomatoes - 4. can and tin
  • parsley
  • salt
  • oil - 1 cup
  • paprika - 1 tsp

How to make

In 4 cups of boiling water, put salt, oil and chopped onion and cabbage. Wash the potatoes, then peel and cut them.

Once the cabbage has softened, add the potatoes and a little bit of the chopped tomato and red pepper.

Boil for about 30 minutes and add the small chopped pieces of sausage and parsley.

Cook a little more and remove from heat. Optionally, you can add yogurt and season it with dill.
