How to make
Boil the milk, sweeten it with sugar to taste and dissolve the starch.
Leave the prepared cream to cool slightly and carefully add the beaten whites to it. In a round tray, pour some of the cream, arrange a line of light biscuits, a line of sliced bananas, sprinkle with walnuts and continue with a line of dark biscuits, cream and so on in this order.
Top the cake with plenty of cream, sprinkle with crushed walnuts and leave for 3 hours before serving.
