Preparation of the white cake layer:
Beat the eggs with the sugar, add oil, yogurt, baking soda and flour. Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured baking tray and bake. Make a total of 2 white cake layers.
Preparation of the brown cake layer:
It's made of the same products as the white cake layer, with the addition of 1 tablespoon cocoa. You need to have 2 white cake layers and 1 brown.
Cut the prepared cake layers into circles using a plate. When stacking them on the cake platter alternate between the colors, syrup them and smear cream between them. Prepare the cream the standard way - boil the milk with the sugar and add the beaten eggs and flour.
Smear the cake’s top with cream and sprinkle with plenty of chopped walnuts.
