"Unstick the biscuits, lick the cream off, stick them back together and eat with pleasure."

Ingredients

  • flour - 2 cups (500 g)
  • sugar - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • honey - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • cloves - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp

How to make

Sieve the flour with the baking soda, cinnamon and cloves. Beat the eggs with the honey and oil. Make a dough, roll it out into a sheet. Cut different shapes out and arrange them on a baking tray (oiled beforehand) with some space in between them.

Bake in a moderate oven. Once ready and cooled, bind them together in pairs with cream made from the powdered sugar, butter and a little water.
