How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Gradually add the flour and all the other ingredients. Knead a firm dough, roll it out and cut out biscuits in the shapes of flowers using cookie cutter shapes.
Arrange them on a tray covered with lightly greased baking paper and bake them until golden. The finished biscuits are glued together with a marmalade of your choice and left for a few hours to soften.
