How to make
Put the beans to soak in the evening in cold water. The next day, change the water and put it to full boil with a little salt and oil. When almost ready, fry chopped onion and carrot separately in oil.
Once softened, add the sliced bacon. If it is sauteed, add chopped peppers and sauté under cover until tender. Occasionally stir.
Season the vegetable mixture with salt, pepper and paprika, stir and then pour into the boiling beans.
Sprinkle with mint and savory and boil the beans for another 5 minutes.
