How to make
Sauté the finely chopped leeks in some of the oil. Add the crumbled feta cheese, eggs and black pepper and mix well.
In a greased baking dish, arrange two sheets of the phyllo pastry, sprinkle them with oil and put some of the stuffing on top. Proceed in this manner until you run out of products, at the very top- finish off with phyllo pastry sheets.
Sprinkle it with oil, cut it into squares and bake until browned.
