Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - 1 packet, sheets
  • halva - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • butter - 1 packet
  • walnuts - 1/2 cup, crumbled
  • water - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • milk - 1/2 cup
  • eggs - 2
  • vanilla - 1 packet
  • cinnamon - 1/2 cup

How to make

Take 2 sheets, brush them with melted butter, sprinkle with some of the walnuts and crumbled tahini halva and sprinkle with a little sugar.

Roll them up, put it in a greased baking dish and repeat until you run out of sheets and products. Pour the beaten eggs, milk and cinnamon over the pie.

Put to bake at 390°F (200 °C) in a preheated oven. Pour a sugar syrup made from 1 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar over the pie. Cover with a towel.
