How to make
Blend/mash the bananas into a thick and smooth paste. Dissolve the gelatin for 20 minutes in a little water. Then beat it in a bowl with the yogurt and cottage cheese, add sugar.
Allow this mixture to sit for 15 minutes. In another bowl, beat the egg whites with a mixer and a pinch of salt. Gradually add the mashed bananas with 2 pinches of cinnamon.
Gently mix the egg whites and bananas with the other mixture. In dessert glasses, start to alternate between a layer of mousse and a layer of bananas. Finally, decorate the cream with slices of kiwi.
