Ingredients

  • lamb cutlets - 2.2 lb (1 kg) cutlets
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g) to 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • onions - 2 heads
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • yogurt - 2 cups (500 g) strained
  • milk - 1 cup
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper. Wash with oil and bake until browned and remove from the heat.

Stew the onion in the oil from the roast and some water. As the water boils, add the flour.

Fry until browned, pour in chilled yogurt, beaten with the milk.

Put the meat in the sauce and cook until soft. Cut the lamb and the sauce is blended.

Serve with mashed potatoes, or rice.
