How to make
In salted water, boil the lamb with the white wine. Remove the cooked meat, debone and cut it into small pieces.
In the resulting broth, boil the couscous, mix it with the meat and fry in butter. Separately, fry the tomato paste in butter with salt and parsley.
Make each serving by putting a spoonful of tomato paste on one side of the plate, then meat and couscous next to it, with grated cheese on top. Sprinkle with parsley.
