How to make
Grate the zucchini coarsely, sprinkle them with sea salt and leave for about 20 min. to drain from the water. Add the finely chopped onions and eggs that you've beaten ahead of time.
Mix the products very well, add the oil, as well as the spices and stir well.
Pour the mixture into a tray covered with baking paper. Bake the zucchini layer for about 25 min., then take it out and leave to cool.
Once it does, smear it thoroughly with cream cheese, roll it up and leave to cool.
Serve cold, with a beverage of your choice.
