How to make
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them well. Add the grated yellow cheese and the salt.
Prepare a rectangular tray (11x7″ - 28x18 cm) lined with baking paper. Drizzle it with a little fat and pour the egg roll mixture. Spread it out evenly.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 340°F (170°C). It should be tight and not runny. Once the roll base is ready and slightly cooled, roll it up. If you find it difficult, try with a damp cloth.
Leave the easy savory roll aside for 3-4 minutes. Then unroll it, spread it with a layer of cream cheese and add your chosen type of meat.
Wrap again and serve the omelette roll with cream cheese with a garnish of your choice.
