How to make
First, make the cream mixture for the roll by beating the sugar with the butter and cream cheese.
Onto a suitable large piece of aluminum foil, arrange the dark and white biscuits in a chessboard pattern after soaking them in milk.
Smear them with half the cream mixture, arrange a 2nd layer of biscuits, this time placing white biscuits over the cocoa ones and vice versa.
Smear them with remaining half of the cream mixture, sprinkle with walnuts and raisins. Put 2 whole bananas in the middle, just cut off their ends.
Using the foil, bring the 2 opposite ends of the chessboard together in order to form a nice triangular roll. Leave it in the fridge for about 2 hours to harden.
Smear it with chocolate spread. Dip the cherries in the remaining melted white chocolate and arrange them along the edges of the roll, while the chocolate is still warm. Sprinkle with the sugar figurines.
