Ingredients

  • rice - 7 oz (200 g) long grain
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • ham - 4 slices
  • peas - frozen 8 tablespoons
  • green onions - 4, stalks
  • cayenne pepper
  • eggs - 4
  • soya sauce
  • parsley

How to make

Boil the rice, pour the remaining water out, wash and drain. Heat oil over high heat. Fry the onions for 1 minute, add the crushed garlic and allow it time.

Pour the chopped ham and peas in, and fry them for 1 min. Sauté the chopped green onion and cayenne pepper, then add them to the dish.

Fans of spicy food can add a little curry. Pour the beaten eggs in and cook for a minute. Finally, add a little soya sauce.

Sprinkle the dish with herbs and spices and serve.
