How to make
Wash the chicken legs and season with the all purpose spice.
Braise them on all sides until browned in a pan on low heat. Chop the onions finely, clean the potatoes and grate them.
Beat the eggs with the milk and sour cream in a bowl. Add the flour as well. To the grated potatoes, add the potatoes and parsley.
Stir and mix with the eggs, milk and sour cream.
Prepare a clay pot, smear it with the butter and pour in the prepared potato mixture.
Arrange the braised chicken legs on top.
Place in the oven and bake at 360°F (180 °C) until ready.
