How to make
In a bowl, sift the flour, add the salt, sugar, beaten egg and egg white, oil, vinegar, heated milk, knead a soft dough. Cover with plastic wrap and leave for 1 hour to double in volume.
In the meantime, make the filling by beating the egg with the yoghurt, adding the feta cheese, stir to a homogeneous mixture.
Separately, melt the butter.
Divide up the risen dough into 3 equal parts, form them into balls and roll them out into thin sheets. Smear each generously with butter and 1/3 of the filling, wrap into a roll and cut it into rings about 1 1/2″ (3.5 cm) wide.
Place these rolls in a buttered cake form, arranged next to each other.
Smear this tutmanik with butter and the pre-beaten egg with a little oil. Can sprinkle seeds on as well.
Turn up the oven to 360°F (180 °C) and place inside, bake until ready - about 40 min.
