How to make
Peel the apples and grate them, add the baking soda and cinnamon. Stir and leave them aside while you prepare the pie mixture.
In a deep container, beat the eggs with a mixer, add the sugar, beat until it melts, then add the oil.
Then add the flour, baking powder and vanilla and continue beating until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Once everything is beaten well, add the grated apples and continue beating (the reason we're constantly beating is because we want a fluffy and soft pie; if your mixer has a dough hook, I recommend using it).
Smear a cake form with oil, then pour the mixture into it.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for 30-40 min. (without the fan, just on the top and bottom elements).
