The first step towards making this apple pie cake is to beat the sugar and eggs until a creamy mixture is obtained. Add salt, mascarpone and stir.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and vanilla. Add little by little of it to the mixture. Pour the liqueur and the chopped apples (2 pcs).
Pour the mixture for the cake in a form with a removable bottom, covered with baking paper.
Cut the other two apples into circles and arrange them in the shape of a fan. Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake the perfect apple pie cake for about 55 minutes at 360°F (180 degrees). Serve it chilled.
