  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • eggs - 4
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup (240 g)
  • flour - 1/2 cup (140 g)
  • walnuts - 1/3 cup (80 g) - ground

How to make

Mix 2 eggs and 2 egg yolks with the butter and sugar.

Add the flour to the mixture and mix well. Pour it into a greased and sprinkled with flour form.

Separately, beat 2 egg whites and 2/5 cup (100 g) powdered sugar. Add the ground walnuts. Pour this mixture over the first, then bake the cake.
