  • biscuits - 7 oz (200 g) plain
  • butter - 1/3 cup (80 g) melted
  • nutmeg - 2 pinches
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
  • gelatin - 1 packet
  • cottage cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • condensed milk - 4/5 cup (200 g) / unsweetened /
  • sugar - 5 tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • vanilla - 1 pack powder
  • strawberries - 7 oz (200 g) or other fruits
  • jam - 1/2 jar of strawberry

How to make

Blend the cookies in a blender to make crumbs. Pour them into 10 diameter pie form and mix with the melted butter. Add the nutmeg, cinnamon, powdered sugar.

With a spoon, press the mixture along the bottom of the pie form well, in order to get the air out and for mixture to stick well.

Puree the the strawberries.

In a blender, blend the cream cheese, condensed milk, lemon juice, sugar and vanilla. You need to get a fine cream, then add the pureed strawberries and beat well.

Mix the gelatin with 4-5 tablespoons of cold water. Let is swell nicely, place it in a container with a little water and gently heat it until melted completely. Don't let it boil though.

Add it to the strawberry mixture and pour this over the biscuit layer. Leave the pie in the fridge for several hours, to firm up well.

Heat the jam is in a container on low heat and then coat the surface of the cooled pie with it. Leave it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
