How to make
Beat the butter and sugar, add the egg, yoghurt, and mayonnaise. Start adding flour and kneading a soft dough, leave it to stand for half an hour to cool. Combine the jam with the cinnamon, starch or flour.
If it is too runny, add 3 tablespoons of starch. Grease a tray and distribute 2/3 of the dough along its bottom and sides. Add the jam and sprinkle it with walnuts.
Knead the rest of the dough with the flour once more to make it harder. Roll it out and cut it into strips, arrange them in a chess board pattern or parallel on top of the jam. Put the pie to bake to a nice tan in a moderate oven.
