How to make
Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the seeds, salt and leave them for a bit.
Combine the finely grated feta cheese with the potatoes, cut into small cubes, the chopped onion, black pepper and salt.
Stuff the tomatoes with this mixture and put them to bake in a low oven for about 10 - 15 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle lightly with garlic.
