  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • biscuits - 1 packet, tea biscuits
  • apples - 4 - 5
  • eggs - 4
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • flour - 1 cup
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • powdered sugar - for sprinkling

How to make

Melt the butter and pour it into a tray. Arrange the biscuits on top. You can use whole or crumbled biscuits.

Arrange the apples, peeled and diced, on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Mix a dough from the flour, eggs and sugar using a mixer, pour it evenly over the apples. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for 30-40 min.

Check with a toothpick to see if it's ready just to make sure. Sprinkle with powdered sugar once cooled.
