How to make
Smear the steaks with mustard and mayonnaise, season with salt, black pepper and cumin to taste.
Chop the mushrooms and put them in a pot with the meat. Pour in the wine and broth.
Add the butter, cut into pieces, arrange the processed cheese slices on top.
Cover with a lid and bake in the oven for about 1 hour. Then remove the lid and leave it in the oven to gain a golden crisp.
