Ingredients

  • veal mince - 14 oz (400 g)
  • bacon - 7 oz (200 g)
  • beans - 3 cans, with tomato sauce
  • onions - 1 head
  • oil - 1 tablespoon
  • brown sugar - 1/4 cup
  • balsamic vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • mustard - 2 tablespoons
  • worcestershire sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • salt - to taste (about 1 tsp)
  • garlic - 1 tsp, powdered
  • paprika - 1 tsp

How to make

Braise the onions and mince in preheated oil on moderate temperature, until the mince turns to bits and changes color, for about 15 min.
