How to make
Season the pork ribs with the spices and olive oil, leave them in the fridge for 2 hours.
In a tray, chop the potatoes, carrots and peppers. Put in the ribs, bay leaf, allspice, beer and water.
Chop the butter, add it, sprinkle with a little olive oil on top and cover with aluminum foil. Bake about 90 min. as is.
Then remove the foil and leave in the oven for another 30 min. until reddened.
