I believe the “it” is the small tray you size the dough to.

I have made a different take on it. Coconut flour (instead of flour), Can’t Believe it’s not Butter (instead of real butter), 3 tbsp Agave (instead of honey), low fat cottage cheese, 3 tbsp water, 2 eggs, 1 tsp cinnamon and ZERO sugar!

Yeah I don’t get the kneading part! I added a little bit more flour and kind of spread it into the pan. Curious about this one. It’s in the oven, we shall see ?

There’s no kneading to be done with 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup melted butter forming the base. I added more flour and hoping for the best.
