How to make
Mix the sour cream with the sugar until completely dissolved. Grind the walnuts in a blender or finely chop them.
Place one of the cake layers on a cake plate. On top, put 5-6 tbsp. of the cream and spread evenly.
Drizzle with 1 tbsp. of honey and sprinkle with walnuts. Honey can be replaced with jam of your choice.
Continue doing that with the rest of the cake layers.
Finally, cover the honey cake with the remaining cream and the walnuts. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours to soften the cake layers.
