Ingredients

  • biscuits - 2 small packets, plain
  • sour cream - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • powdered sugar - 4 tbsp
  • milk - 2 1/5 cups (550 ml)
  • chocolate cream - 1 packet, powdered
  • vanilla cream - 1 packet, powdered
  • dark chocolate
  • almonds - 10, ground
  • honey - 1 tbsp
  • water - 1 cup

How to make

Make the chocolate cream by pouring 1 1/5 cups (300 ml) cold milk in a bowl, adding the chocolate powder and beating with a mixer on high until thickened.

Add 1/2 the sour cream and 2 tbsp powdered sugar, continue beating to a smooth cream mixture.

In another container, pour 1 cup (250 ml) cold milk and the vanilla cream. Beat, add the rest of the sour cream and powdered sugar and continue beating.

Crush the almonds into pieces and start assembling the cake. Mix the water and honey in a bowl, stir well.

Pour 3-4 tbsp of the chocolate cream at the bottom of a tray, arrange a layer of biscuits on top after dipping them for a few seconds in the honey syrup.

Smear with chocolate cream on top, arrange a 2nd layer of biscuits, pour on the vanilla cream and sprinkle with almonds.

Next arrange a 3rd layer of biscuits and chocolate cream, finish off with vanilla cream and leave it to harden.

Before serving, sprinkle with dark chocolate shavings.
