Bean salad with onions
Ingredients: 1 can of beans (white or black - based on your taste), 1 onion head (yellow onions, red onions or leeks), 1 bunch of parsley, vinegar, olive oil and salt.
Preparation: Pour out the beans from the can into a strainer and wash it under a trickle of running water. Place it in a bowl. Chop the onions and parsley finely. Add them to the beans and season with vinegar, olive oil and salt. Stir and serve with a glass of cold brandy.
Sauerkraut with paprika
Ingredients: sauerkraut, olive oil, paprika and black pepper.
Preparation: Chop the sauerkraut leaves finely. Pour olive oil over them and season with black pepper and paprika.
Oyster mushrooms with butter
Ingredients: 17.5 oz oyster mushrooms, 1 cup butter, 5.5 oz cheese, 1/2 bunch of dill, 2 garlic cloves, black pepper and salt to taste.
Preparation: Put the butter and a cup of water in a saucepan and stew the salted mushrooms. Remove them from the stove once softened and add the spices with the finely chopped dill. Before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Roasted peppers with olive oil and parsley
Pour olive oil over the finely chopped roasted peppers. Sprinkle finely chopped garlic and parsley on top.
Mixed pickles
Mixed pickles remain a classical appetizer for brandy.
Bacon
Sliced bacon, seasoned with paprika or black pepper is a fantastic brandy garnish.
Meat appetizers
Of course, brandy also goes well with sujuk, lukanka and other similar delicacies. If you can't prepare them yourself, you can always buy them at the supermarket. The taste and quality might be different but veteran drinkers always say that after the third glass of brandy, the difference is not noticeable.
