Preparing the magical mixture is a real pleasure. Start by roasting about 10.5 oz (300 g) of raw sesame seeds. After about 10 minutes they will acquire a nice pink color, but keep in mind that you need to stir them periodically so that they can be roasted well.

Once the sesame is roasted and it has cooled, pour it into a blender along with 1/2 tsp. of salt and 1 tbsp. of oil. Blend the ingredients at the highest stage until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. It is best to store the elixir in a glass container once it is ready, so that it does not absorb the smell or substances of metal or wood.
